You are 18 years or above and have the authorization to make payment for your orders placed with us.
You will place your current orders at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to delivery.
Your "advance orders" will be for a delivery date not less than 7 days.
In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver with in 24 hrs.
If the recipient or any representative is not available, one subsequent attempt would be made to deliver the order. If no person is yet available to receive the item at the time of delivery, the order would be considered delivered.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.Illustrations are for guidance only. Content and color of flowers may vary according to season and best available locally.
If the ordered flowers are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers of equal value.

For “advance orders” placed pushpams.com will accept the payment (make a debit to your payment card/ e-banking account) upfront before the future date of delivery to comply with the regulations of the payment gateway. Status for delivery of such advance orders will be updated to your personalized account once executed.
Tanjore paintings are for deliveries only within India for the moment and will take about 15 days to be delivered.
